My upstairs toilet was leaking onto the garage ceiling. Reliable responded pretty quickly to my request, sent a young man to look at the problem, give me an estimate and repaired it the same day. What a pleasant experience. The young man explained what the problem was (the wax seal around and under the toilet base had to be replaced), told me it was going to be $140 to repair it and then went to work on it. In the meantime he called to have a repair person for the sheet rocking to come give me an estimate. I opted to have that work done at a later time. Both young men were great to deal with.
